Step 1

Complete the Collegium Application (new members only). Please print the form, fill it out, and email it back to us at cathyziel2000@gmail.com. Next, proceed to Step 2 in the membership application process.

Step 2

When your application is received, you will be contacted to set up an interview appointment to discuss preparation, expectations and placement for your student.

Step 3

Pay your Family Registration Fee by check and then you may proceed to enroll in classes.
