Complete the Collegium Application (new members only). Please print the form, fill it out, and email it back to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Next, proceed to Step 2 in the membership application process.
When your application is received, you will be contacted to set up an interview appointment to discuss preparation, expectations and placement for your student.
Pay your Family Registration Fee by check and then you may proceed to enroll in classes.
